Daisy Ellison - Yoga Teacher, Refleologist & Massage Therapist & sometimes Retreat Cook.
Commencing at the eager age of eight, Daisy's extensive yoga exploration has been a deep and expansive journey. Always fascinated in treading new ground, her personal practise has encompassed a wide array of styles, from full-power Ashtanga to calming Restorative. In 2017 she closed a chapter on London living and office life to embrace a year of adventure. During this time she was able to truly experience the beauty in letting go. Experiencing the magic of greater things unfolding for us when we create space, let our thoughts take a back seat and instead choose to lead with our hearts, following our joy. Daisy feels Yin Yoga best demonstrates and supports such an attitude. Daisy's experience of a Yin Yoga Teacher Training this summer has left her even more inspired by the practise and she looks forward to sharing the evening Yin classes with you. A firm believer in holistic health and our bodies ability to heal once brought back into balance, Daisy is also a qualified Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and Reiki practitioner. |
