With over 12 years experience hosting retreats and nearly two decades in the health industry, Daisy has learned to integrate Nutrition Science & Personal Fitness Training along with Health Coaching, Yoga, Meditation and Naturopathic practices. She combines elements of all of these and more when curating her creative, transformational retreats, events, talks, courses and programmes. Daisy's ongoing passion and study into all these modalities including Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Dance, Bodywork, Breathing-practices and Somatic-release influence her approach to movement and living with more balance and ease. |
